Raised in the Agemy family business, Matthew Agemy developed a natural passion for helping clients pursue financial confidence and long-term stability from an early age. With a strong foundation rooted in faith, he was brought up with the values of God and a heart centered on integrity, service, and compassion—principles that continue to guide both his personal life and professional approach.
Before stepping into his role as Financial Controller, Matthew gained extensive hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business. Working directly within the firm, he became deeply familiar with day-to-day operations, financial reporting, and the internal processes that support both advisors and clients. In addition, his experience in tax work provided him with a strong understanding of how financial decisions translate into real-world outcomes for clients, from planning considerations to compliance.
This combination of operational insight and tax knowledge allows Matthew to take a well-rounded, big-picture approach to the financial side of the business. He understands not only how the numbers work, but how they impact the firm, the advisors, and ultimately the clients they serve.
