Kapish is a finance professional with four years of experience working with public schools and municipalities, helping individuals navigate Social Security, pensions, insurance, and retirement planning strategies. He is passionate about building lasting relationships and providing thoughtful, personalized guidance designed to help clients pursue long-term financial confidence. His holistic approach to financial planning focuses on understanding each client’s complete financial picture and creating strategies tailored to their unique goals, values, and long-term needs, an approach that aligns closely with the relationship-driven culture at Agemy Financial Strategies.
In addition to his financial planning experience, Kapish has worked closely with individuals, families, and small businesses to help integrate insurance strategies into the broader planning process. His background includes assisting clients with cash flow management, wealth protection strategies, retirement savings planning, and long-term financial organization, allowing him to provide clients with a well-rounded and thoughtful planning experience. His commitment to excellence and client service earned him a Rising Star Award at a previous firm.
Kapish earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business. During his time at UConn, he was actively involved in several leadership and professional organizations, including the Beta Theta Pi Fraternity, the UConn Finance Society, the Business Consulting Club, and the Business Connection Learning Community, where he held multiple leadership and recruitment-focused roles.
Outside of the office, Kapish enjoys working out, meditation, traveling, and reading. He is also a passionate basketball fan and enjoys following the Boston Celtics, as well as the UConn Huskies men’s basketball and UConn Huskies women’s basketball programs.
